Every render, one copy per reviewer
Upload the image or PDF once and download a unique recipient-linked copy for each client, consultant, contractor or juror. Up to 100 recipients per CSV import.
Architecture & design studios
Renders, competition boards, concept packs and tender drawings pass through clients, consultants, contractors and juries long before a reveal. ExactMark gives each of them a copy that is quietly theirs, so when an image turns up on social media or a competitor's desk you can say which copy it most likely came from, and back it with an evidence report.

The spatial signal is low-opacity and covert by default. Your render, your colour grading, your typography. A visible mode exists if you prefer it.
Evidence Lab returns the most likely source with a confidence score and ranked candidates, or says clearly that it cannot tell.
The leak
Studios cannot work without sharing. A competition entry goes to the jury and the organiser. A concept pack goes to the client, their board and their PR agency. Tender drawings go to every bidding contractor. A single hero render can be in forty inboxes a month before anyone is supposed to see it.
The leak is rarely malicious and always costly: a screenshot forwarded to a friend, a phone photo of a competition board, a PDF passed to a rival bidder. The reveal is spoiled, the client is embarrassed, and every recipient received exactly the same file, so there is nothing to point to.
Imprint gives each recipient a copy carrying its own spatial signal. When an image surfaces, an authorised team member uploads it to Evidence Lab and gets the most likely source with a confidence score and ranked candidates, or an inconclusive result. It does not stop a screenshot. It means the conversation afterwards is with one person, backed by a PDF evidence report, instead of an awkward email to everyone.
How it works
Render to PNG, JPG or WEBP, or export the concept pack and drawing set as PDF. Upload it to Imprint. PDFs keep their original content and text, so dimensions and annotations stay exactly as issued.
Add the client, each consultant, every contractor at tender, or the whole jury, manually or from a CSV of up to 100 recipients. Download each recipient copy individually or the full set as a ZIP.
Upload the leaked screenshot, photo or PDF to Evidence Lab, or forward it to your Web App's private evidence email address. Review ranked candidates, add notes to the case, and download the branded PDF evidence report.
Capabilities
Recipient-linked copies of PNG, JPG, WEBP and PDF files. Each copy carries the spatial signal plus signed, non-identifying file metadata and an opaque filename reference.
Normalises the submitted image and searches across crop position, continuous scale, small rotation, colour, brightness and compression before correlating against candidate copies.
Screenshots at different resolutions, browser zoom and OS scaling, crops, resizing up or down, JPEG and messaging-app recompression, small rotations.
Forward a suspicious image to your Web App's private evidence address and a case opens, with workflow state, notes and the original asset kept together.
Owner, Admin, Developer, Analyst and Viewer roles with invitations and per-Web-App access, so a project lead can run Imprint while a director reviews evidence.
Hosted in Dublin with Supabase in Ireland. Forensic data is encrypted at the application level with AES-256-GCM, and only the evidence files you submit are ever received.
Run a client portal or a project extranet? Web Sessions adds one script tag, <script src="https://exactmark.com/script.js">, and an exactmark.identify(...) call so signed-in views carry a session-specific signal as well. The SDK never captures or records the page.
